A Dying, to Live for

(Transitvs)

'Simply Dying' to Live -

    A Dying, to Live for;

        'A Transitvs'.

Simply living and simply dying;

    Dying to live simply:

        'Transitvs'.

A Dying, to live for: welcomings,

    Breathings; singing the word,

Choosing a companion…Choosing:

    Living simply - choosing

        Simply the best.

            A Friendship to

                 Simply die for:

                      'Transitvs'.

Comings: Goings: Vanishings,

    Beckonings... Leavings: Singings, The Fallings from us

        As Breathings.... Welcomings

             (Softly Said) 'Breath-things' 'Well-come-ins'

                 'The Transitvs...'.

Altered States

Sir George Trevelyan had a goal,
To lead us through
Magic Casements in the Soul.

A way of seeing about the dark;
Appreciating the essential spark:
Another life - A new delight,
A great adventure; a bright dimension
And unseen,
A trial language of conscious revelation.

Aged - I have seen all things.
A birth, a burial, a forgetting.
Now we must see this too -
I did not choose the fire.
I choose, the thrall of Bones in earth -
A Willow pod - crafted,
Tipped and tumbled: the sod, dry or wet -
Soft creeping to this marrow -
Mixed with tiny, trembling mole or -
Flight of whispering Tawny Owl:
Whose fallen wings, Cradle my head
With the Stealth and Beauty of
Her night - time prowl.

Pressed in time
To slate or shale; eventually
The flat stone picked:
Chosen by another life.
A boy who skims me with delight.
Five times bounced along
A new waves crest -
Soaring - from the shoreline:
And in the broken-waters womb,
Quickly, - I am released
to start - Afresh.
